    Visit us at 1700 S Josey Ln, Carrollton, TX 75006. Our office is near the back entrance!

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office is now open Monday to Friday from 5PM to 8PM.


    We're happy to accommodate clients outside our regular hours! Contact us to arrange a meeting by appointment.

  • Does SMART Tax Prep offer electronic filing?

    Yes, we do! We offer e-file (electronic filing) and direct deposit for refunds directly sent to you or your business's bank account.

  • What services and guarantees does SMART Tax Prep you offer?

    Getting professional tax advice can be expensive, but it doesn't have to be. We offer free tax advice services that you can access by simply stopping by our office or giving us a call.


    1. Did you prepare your tax return last year, or did someone else do it for you? We can check it for free.
    2. In the event that the IRS audits any of our customers, we will be there to accompany them to the audit. 
    3. If an error was made while preparing your tax return that results in a cost of interest or penalty, we will take responsibility and pay that interest and penalty for you.
